About IFM
IFM Collision Center has been in business for 35 years. We started out in a small 2 car or bay operation with 2 employees and have grown in 25 plus bays operation, 20 plus employees spread out over four buildings. Our growth began with our positive relationship with our insurance partners in the mid to late 80's. From this time, over the past 30 years, we are a direct repair facility (DRP) for the majority of insurance companies and the largest DRP facility in the area. As a DRP, IFM becomes the insurance company representative, downloads the assignment, appraisals the vehicle, repairs the vehicle, and bills the insurance company. Once completed, your vehicle has a lifetime warranty by your insurance company and IFM Collision Center.
Quality is weaved into the culture of IFM, not only in the repair but in the overall customer experience at IFM. We call this "Level 10 Service". From the moment your call or enter our facility, you are given the attention and service that is by far the best in the industry. We care for each and every customer and that is evident from the moment you come in contact with our team of professionals. Beside the personal touch and phone calls, throughout the repair, you are kept in complete communication through a unique text and email communication process by our facility. Therefore, each morning by 9am, you are kept up to date on the repair status on your automobile. You know upfront the status of your vehicle with an estimated completion date.
