The difference between a good repair facility and an excellent one is SERVICE. In today's marketplace, everyone preaches quality. But at IFM quality is mandatory and assumed. We have been performing quality work for over 16 years. However, service is what separates us from all the rest. This is evident from the entry level person to the President of the company. We are completely focused on the customer and their needs. Each and every automobile is completely detailed and inspected prior to customer delivery. In addition, IFM has hired an independent third party -- Customer Service Index (CSI) company whose primary task is to conduct a survey of our customers with reference to quality and service at IFM Collision Center. Autochex only performs this service for the collision repair industry. By accomplishing this task, IFM assures that our customers are satisfied and we are maintaining and measuring a quality standard at IFM.
