IFM Collision Center is conveniently located at 115 Plainfield Avenue in Bedford Hills, NY 10507. IFM consists of two buildings located at 115 and 117 Plainfield Avenue.

In the first building - 117 - is one of the production areas of IFM. The main level consists of the paint department which consists of a paint prep area, buff area, color assurance paint mixing room and a Welbilt Downdraft paint booth. On this level all painting preparation, painting and ultra-fine and buff are performed in order to insure proper paint matching and application to factory specifications. The lower level of 117 Plainfield Avenue houses the metal department of IFM. In this area, all of IFM Collision Center's disassembly, assembly, metal repair and unibody frame straightening are performed. IFM utilizes the latest technology for today's ever demanding automobiles which include two Chief E-2 Linear Unibody frame machines, and a Continental Universal unibody measuring system, multiple meg welders, as well as the latest technology in spot welding which insures the closest possible duplication of factory welds.

Located at 115 Plainfield Avenue is a completely new building consisting of the pristine administrative offices of IFM Collision Center, parts room and detail area. The lower section of this building consists of a parts room where your parts are ordered, received and stored prior to the arrival of your automobile. Also on the lower level is the detail area where all automobiles are completely detailed and inspected prior to customer delivery.

On the upper level of 115 Plainfield Avenue are the professional offices of IFM Collision Center. From the moment you enter, you will feel confident that you and your automobile will be given the attention and service that you deserve. You will be greeted by a friendly receptionist, sit in a comfortable waiting area and can be assisted by multiple service writers which will handle your automobile and your customer concerns. Our office staff from the reception person to the service writers to the book-keeper, general manager as well as the President of IFM Collision Center are all there to help make your visit a pleasant one.
