You may ask, "What is a Direct Repair Facility or Program (DRP)"?
An insurance company does not give you the title of DRP, you have to earn this title. It begins with years of working with the insurance providers while building a trusting, ethical relationship based on quality of repair, exceptional service and high customer satisfaction. In order to verify and maintain these high standards, the insurance companies are committed to monitoring and measuring the on-going performance of IFM Collision Center.
Once you are accredited and become a Direct Repair Provider (DRP), you actually become the insurance company representative. In doing so, an IFM staff appraises the damage on your automobile, uploads the areas of damage to the insurance company, repairs the vehicle and then directly bills the insurance company. The commitment and relationship are so strong that a lifetime warranty is offered on the repairs of your automobile by IFM Collision Center and your insurance company.
IFM Collision Center currently represents the majority of DRP's of our nation's top insurance companies.
